Dr. Iris M. Kim Founder & Psychologist

Dr. Iris M. Kim is a New York-based counseling psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of modern mental health, trauma, and emotional exhaustion. Specializing in integrative modalities, Dr. Kim has extensive clinical experience treating PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger management, and complex relationship dynamics.

Before founding Restore Studios New York, Dr. Kim worked within the fast-paced psychiatric inpatient unit of a major New York City hospital. There, she guided children, adolescents, and adults through acute psychological crises. Through this intense clinical work, she witnessed firsthand how deeply emotional trauma, stress, and burnout manifest within the physical body.

This profound realization inspired her to create Restore Studios—a luxury environment where clients can safely decompress, regulate their nervous systems, and find true, holistic restoration.
